Unauthorised Marketing and Financial Solicitation

Bovillus Finance has become aware of unauthorised promotional and marketing material circulating through private messaging channels, social media and/or third-party networks which displays the Bovillus Finance name or logo and refers to purported financial transaction opportunities.

The material includes references to purported “API account-to-account” transactions, “bank owner” receivers, dealings directly with central banks, high-value transactions and settlement or payout by USDT and/or BTC.

This material has not been issued, approved or authorised by Bovillus Finance.

Bovillus Finance does not authorise third parties to advertise, solicit, negotiate, accept or commit financial transactions on its behalf merely by using the Bovillus Finance name, logo, website, account information, documentation or technical terminology.

The possession or reproduction of Bovillus Finance branding, documentation, technical information, account references or communications does not create authority to represent or bind Bovillus Finance.

Verification of authority

No person should rely upon any transaction proposal, advertisement, mandate, brochure, presentation, payment instruction or financial solicitation purporting to involve Bovillus Finance unless its authenticity and the authority of the relevant person have been independently confirmed through an official @bovillus.finance communication channel.

Bovillus Finance does not recognise representations that any individual may, without specific written authority:

• bind Bovillus Finance to a financial transaction;
• guarantee transaction execution or liquidity;
• arrange transactions with central banks on behalf of Bovillus Finance;
• offer access to Bovillus Finance accounts or settlement infrastructure;
• promise cryptocurrency, USDT or BTC payouts;
• issue financial commitments, proof of funds or guarantees on behalf of Bovillus Finance; or
• use Bovillus Finance branding for transaction solicitation.

Counterparty protection

Recipients of third-party Bovillus-branded material should not transfer money, cryptocurrency, digital assets, credentials, private keys, confidential documents or any other item of value in reliance upon such material before independent verification.

Reservation of rights

Bovillus Finance reserves all rights concerning unauthorised use, reproduction or representation of its name, corporate identity, logos, documentation, systems, accounts and institutional identity.

Where appropriate, Bovillus Finance may require withdrawal or correction of unauthorised material and may notify affected counterparties, service providers, platforms, financial institutions or other relevant parties.

This notice concerns unauthorised third-party marketing and solicitation. It should not be interpreted as commenting upon or invalidating any legitimate transaction or relationship separately documented and expressly authorised by Bovillus Finance.
