Bovillus Finance has received a forwarded image purporting to confirm a €500,000,000 transaction dated 12 September 2026, naming “BOVILLUS RESERVE BANK INC” as sender and “SINONOVA HOLDINGS LTD / HSBC HONG-KONG” as recipient.
Bovillus Finance did not initiate, authorise, execute or participate in the alleged transaction and did not issue or authorise the image. Any representation that this image demonstrates a transaction undertaken, approved or guaranteed by Bovillus Finance is false.
This denial extends to copies, altered versions, accompanying statements and solicitations attributing the same alleged transaction to Bovillus Finance. No person is authorised to use these materials to solicit funds, fees, documents or commitments on our behalf.
Bovillus Finance also repudiates the three-page document headed “CLIENT INFORMATION SHEET”, naming “BOVILLUS RESERVE BANK INC” as the company and “HSN Mineradora” as the business, with an affirmation bearing the date “07/04/2025”, followed by pages headed “PASSPORT COPY” and “CERTIFICAT OF INCORPORATION”.
This CIS is false as a purported Bovillus Finance-issued or authorised document. Bovillus Finance did not issue or authorise it and rejects its purported representation of authority to act on our behalf.
The CIS, its attachments, copied names, signatures, seals, company references and references to a Bovillus website or API do not establish authority to represent or bind Bovillus Finance, control its assets or accounts, or enter into transactions on its behalf. This denial extends to reproductions and altered versions of the same CIS.
Do not rely on either disputed material as evidence of payment, available funds, a financial commitment or authority to represent Bovillus Finance.
All brokers, intermediaries, introducers, agents and other persons are put on notice that Bovillus Finance denies the alleged transaction and repudiates the CIS described above. They must not present these disputed materials as authentic, claim authority to act for Bovillus Finance on their basis, or use these claims to solicit funds, fees, commissions, documents or commitments.
Persons who create, knowingly circulate, endorse or use false representations concerning these materials may, depending on their conduct and applicable law, be subject to civil legal action and referral to competent law-enforcement or regulatory authorities. Acting as a broker or intermediary does not, by itself, shield a person from responsibility for their own unlawful conduct.
Anyone who has circulated these claims as authentic is requested to promptly notify recipients of this denial, cease further misrepresentation, correct or remove the false attribution and preserve all related records and communications for investigation.

The parties and document features identified above are included solely to identify the disputed materials. This notice does not allege that the named parties created or circulated them, or determine the authenticity of any underlying identity document or certificate.

Bovillus Finance has become aware of unauthorised promotional and marketing material circulating through private messaging channels, social media and/or third-party networks which displays the Bovillus Finance name or logo and refers to purported financial transaction opportunities.
The material includes references to purported “API account-to-account” transactions, “bank owner” receivers, dealings directly with central banks, high-value transactions and settlement or payout by USDT and/or BTC.
This material has not been issued, approved or authorised by Bovillus Finance.
Bovillus Finance does not authorise third parties to advertise, solicit, negotiate, accept or commit financial transactions on its behalf merely by using the Bovillus Finance name, logo, website, account information, documentation or technical terminology.
The possession or reproduction of Bovillus Finance branding, documentation, technical information, account references or communications does not create authority to represent or bind Bovillus Finance.
No person should rely upon any transaction proposal, advertisement, mandate, brochure, presentation, payment instruction or financial solicitation purporting to involve Bovillus Finance unless its authenticity and the authority of the relevant person have been independently confirmed through an official @bovillus.finance communication channel.

Recipients of third-party Bovillus-branded material should not transfer money, cryptocurrency, digital assets, credentials, private keys, confidential documents or any other item of value in reliance upon such material before independent verification.

Bovillus Finance reserves all rights concerning unauthorised use, reproduction or representation of its name, corporate identity, logos, documentation, systems, accounts and institutional identity.
Where appropriate, Bovillus Finance may require withdrawal or correction of unauthorised material and may notify affected counterparties, service providers, platforms, financial institutions or other relevant parties.
This notice concerns unauthorised third-party marketing and solicitation. It should not be interpreted as commenting upon or invalidating any legitimate transaction or relationship separately documented and expressly authorised by Bovillus Finance.
